Make My Persona is a free, easy-to-use tool designed to simplify the persona-building process while making it more intuitive and user-friendly. Creating personas is often a necessary but mundane task, so I aimed to bring more joy and delight to the experience. To achieve this, I incorporated gamification principles, making the tool more engaging and enjoyable for users. We also used vibrant colors, abstract shapes, custom illustrations, and delightful animations. This approach not only enhanced user experience but also helped define the HubSpot brand at that time.
